A speed pedelec is an electric bike with assistance up to 45 km/h. It is the fastest and most comfortable alternative to the car over medium distances. Commutes of 20 km or more become feasible and even enjoyable.

Good to know

In Belgium a speed pedelec is a class P moped. You need an AM driving licence (or higher), a number plate, insurance and a helmet. We are happy to explain exactly what you need.
