Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at rovr.bikes@outlook.com. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.

EU statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) Notwithstanding the above, if goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and informed whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
