Returns

You have a 14-day withdrawal period after receipt (in accordance with Belgian consumer law).

• Within Belgium: return costs are at your expense
• Outside Belgium: return costs are at your expense

Conditions:

• Product unworn / unused and in its original packaging
• Bikes: can only be returned if they have not been ridden and are in their original condition
• Custom builds: in principle no standard right of return (made to order), unless otherwise agreed
